• Rewards Membership is free and available to anyone 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID.
• By participating in the Play Maverick Rewards, members agree to accept all rules set forth by the Play Maverick Rewards. See casino host or cashier cage.
• Members are allowed one account only. Accounts and membership benefits are non-transferable and must be redeemed in person with valid photo identification at Grand Z Casino Hotel & Dragon Tiger Casino
• Grand Z Casino Hotel & Dragon Tiger Casino are not liable for lost or stolen cards, or unauthorized use of cards.
• Play Maverick Rewards members are solely responsible for obtaining property gaming ratings by:
  • 1. Properly inserting your Play Maverick Rewards card into all slot machines.
  • 2. Presenting their Play Maverick Rewards card to the appropriate attendant for Table, Poker, or Keno ratings.

• Tracked gaming ratings, Tier Credits, Rewards Points, Rewards Point Balances (reward credits/comps), Free Play and other promotions are subject to verification.
• All Tier Credits, Rewards Points and Rewards Point Balance (reward credits/comps) earned vary based on game type, machine, amount wagered, and amount of time spent playing.
• Rewards Points, Free Play, and Rewards Points Balance (reward credits/comps), have no cash value and may not be substituted.
• Errors in Tier Credits for Tier Level, Rewards Points, Points Balance (reward credits/comps), or Free Play dollar amounts or tabulations are void.
• An active Play Maverick Rewards card and a matching photo ID are required to redeem Rewards Points & Point Balance (reward credits/comps) at Hotel, Dining, and Retail outlets.
• A photo ID may be requested at any time to verify Play Maverick Rewards Membership & Tier Level Status.
• Play Maverick Rewards members will select a personal PIN to access their account.
  • Members should not disclose their PIN.
  • In the case of a forgotten PIN or if a member needs to reset their PIN, they will need to visit the Play Maverick Rewards card and present a valid ID at the CASINO CAGE per Nevada State Gaming.
• The period of inactivity (no rated play for a 12-month period) will result in forfeiture of all Rewards Points, FREE PLAY, Points Balance (reward credits/comps), Tier Credit and Tier Level Balance.
• Tier Credits, Rewards Points and Point Balances earned will expire 365 days from the time they were earned.
• Members are responsible for promptly notifying See casino host or cashier cage. of all name, address, or email changes, in writing or in person.
• If any of the preceding rules are found to be invalid, all other rules shall remain in effect.
• Qualified Grand Z Casino Hotel & Dragon Tiger Casino employees may be eligible for Play Maverick Rewards membership but may not be eligible for all Tier Benefits. See Play Maverick Rewards club for details.
• Play Maverick Rewards Tier Levels (Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Maverick) are based on a rolling 12-month (365 days) period of accumulated Tier Credits earned.
• Tier Credits are tracked by the Play Maverick Rewards gaming system and the qualifying tiers are determined by preset Tier Credits thresholds that can be found posted at Play Maverick Rewards and See casino host or cashier cage..
• All non-qualifying Play Maverick Rewards Tier Level cards are not valid for Play Maverick Rewards membership benefits and must be surrendered.
• Tier Membership Level upgrades will be calculated and awarded daily.
• Tier downgrades will occur 12 months after a Tier Membership Level upgrade is awarded if that Tier Level is not maintained according to Tier Credits thresholds.
  • Tier downgrades are determined based on the last 12 months of gaming activity based on the date the Tier Level was earned.
  • Tier downgrades will be reevaluated every 365 days and you will retain a new Tier Level based on your Tier Credits threshold earned during the prior 365 days of play. (Rolling 12 months from Tier Level earned date.)
• Membership in the Play Maverick Rewards is a privilege and may be refused, cancelled, or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Grand Z Casino Hotel & Dragon Tiger Casino.
  • Unredeemed Rewards Points and Rewards Point Balances (reward credits/comps) shall be forfeited and eliminated upon cancellation or revocation of membership.
• Grand Z Casino Hotel & Dragon Tiger Casino reserves the right to change or cancel the Play Maverick Rewards or its rules at any time without notice.
• Use of the Play Maverick Rewards card indicates acceptance of the rules of the Play Maverick Rewards membership.
