ERIC PERSSON
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Persson brings over 19 years of gaming industry experience. He most recently served as President and General Manager of Aruze Gaming where he had oversight of Aruze’s Sales and Operations team for North and South America, and Macau. His role also included all slot product development worldwide.
Prior to that, he held the role of Corporate Senior Vice President of Global Slot Operations and Marketing at Las Vegas Sands Corporation. In his role at Las Vegas Sands Corporation he oversaw a 1.8B P&L that generated 1.3B in profit. All slot purchasing, mass marketing programs, print and digital marketing, events and promotions were under his purview.
Mr. Persson has successfully managed in most every casino environment from Las Vegas Strip Resorts (The Venetian Resort, Palazzo at the Venetian Resort, Harrah’s Las Vegas), locals environments (The Orleans and Gold Coast Casinos), Dog Track (Wheeling Island Racetrack and Casino), Indian Casinos (Harrah’s Prairie Band), and Horse Racing (Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs Casinos), in jurisdictions with tax rates ranging from 8% to 77%.

Prior to his position as COO, Mr. Beltram was the Corporate Vice President of Slot Operations for Las Vegas Sands Corporation from 2014 through 2017 and the Vice President of Slots for the Marina Bay Sands Casino in Singapore from 2011 through 2014.
Previous to those roles, Mr. Beltram was with MGM Resorts International for 11 years and held various positions including Vice President of Slots and Marketing at the Bellagio, Vice President of Slots and Marketing at the Treasure Island Casino, and numerous positions within the casino and financial departments at the Mirage.
Mr. Beltram has excelled at managing all levels of the casino business while driving incremental revenue at every property he has been employed. Several revenue records have been set by taking a creative approach to casino operations and marketing. Mr. Beltram has also been involved in creating new electronic casino games and innovations for the casino industry.
