Maverick Gaming is aggressively seeking great new team members and are targeting Fortune Casino team members in our new hiring campaign.  Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through team member referrals are excellent contributors and stay with the company longer. 

That’s where you come in! If you know someone currently working at Fortune Casino and you think they would be a good addition to Maverick Gaming, you may be awarded a referral bonus of up to $10,000*, (less taxes), if you refer a candidate that gets hired.   

FORTUNE HIRING CAMPAIGN BONUS DETAILS: 

1. Fortune Team Member NEW HIRE BONUS:
$1,000 – Server/Bartender/Soft Count/Security/Line Cooks/Janitors/Sushi Chefs
$5,000 – Floor Supervisor
$10,000 – Shift Manager

2. Maverick Team Member REFERRAL BONUS:
$1,000 – Server/Bartender/Soft Count/Security/Line Cooks/Janitors/Sushi Chefs
$5,000 – Floor Supervisor
$10,000 – Shift Manager

3. New Hire Salary: Fortune Salary + 10%

To qualify for the Referral Bonus, Maverick Team Members must refer candidates to their department managers by completing the attached Candidate Referral Form, and they must send a copy of the completed form to the Human Resource Department via email to hrwa@maverickgaming.com. 

The referred Fortune Casino Team Member MUST enter the referring Maverick Team Member’s name on their online application under “Referred by”.  Both parties must submit their parts to qualify.

Program Rules 

  • All Maverick Gaming team members, except those at vice president level and above, Human Resources personnel and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible for the referral bonus. 
  • The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with Maverick Gaming and would not include rehires or anyone hired prior to April 1, 2023. 
  • The hiring of a referred candidate must occur within 90 days (three months) of the initial referral date. 
  • The first team member to refer a candidate will be the only referring team member eligible for the payment. 
  • Only candidates that meet the requirements of the applied for positions will be considered. 
  • The referred candidate must work an average of thirty (30) hours per week or more to qualify. 
  • Referred new hire must provide two (2) current Fortune paychecks and must have worked at Fortune within the last six (6) months. 
  • If the candidate is hired, both the referring team member and new hire will receive one-half of the payment after the candidate completes 90 days of employment with Maverick. 
  • The second half of the payment will be awarded once the referred new hire has been employed for 180 days. 
  • There can be no documented performance on file for the referred new hire at 90 days or 180 eighty days for bonuses to pay out. 
  • All referral payments will be paid through payroll and are subject to income taxes.
