Maverick Gaming Completes Refinancing of Debt
September 7th, 2021 Kirkland, WA --(Marketwire - Sept 7th, 2021) - Maverick Gaming announced today that it has refinanced into a new $310 million term loan B and a $55 million revolving credit facility led by Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Jefferies Group and US Bank. With this refinancing, Maverick Gaming has retired all outstanding debt held by HG Vora. "This is an important milestone for Maverick Gaming as we have successfully filled our first public debt offering. HG Vora has been instrumental in Maverick Gaming’s growth and success, and we are pleased they chose to participate in our debt offering along with Angelo Gordon as well as a number of highly respected financial institutions” said Maverick Gaming CEO Eric Persson.
