LAS VEGAS, NEV. – Maverick Gaming received regulatory approval Wednesday from the Washington State Gambling Commission for its acquisition of Evergreen Gaming Corporation.   Maverick Gaming assumed operations control of the property as of Wednesday December 21st, 2022.  Under terms of the transaction, Maverick Gaming paid $80,475,000 in cash for all of Evergreen Gaming’s shares and assets.
