Las Vegas Nevada, April 24th 2020:  Maverick Gaming has agreed to forego the purchase of Eldorado Shreveport and Montbleu in Lake Tahoe. “At this time it is more important for Maverick to nurture and protect their existing assets than it is to expand our asset base” said CEO of Maverick Gaming.  “They are great assets, and in a normal environment, we would be very excited to own them” he added. “We have worked closely with our lenders and our existing cash position gives us adequate liquidity through the first quarter of 2021 without additional action.  We like everyone else, look forward to the day our economy can restart again, our valued Maverick employees can start working, and our company can start to compete” CEO added. LAS VEGAS, March 8th 2020 – Maverick Gaming (Maverick) announced today that the company has entered into a definitive agreement with Eldorado Resorts to purchase Montbleu in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The property includes over 400 hotel rooms, nearly 600 slot machines, 30 table games, with a 1200 seat showroom and four restaurants "With this acquisition we will increase our position in Northern Nevada to five casinos with inventory nearing 1600 hotel rooms, and over 2100 slot machines,” said CEO of Maverick Gaming. “We see great opportunity in Northern Nevada and the Reno Tahoe market, and are actively seeking more distribution there.” This transaction is subject to all regulatory approvals, and other customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2020. Las Vegas, Nevada – January 13, 2020 – Maverick Gaming LLC (“Maverick” or the “Company”) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the Eldorado Casino and Resort in Shreveport, Louisiana from Eldorado Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERI) for $230 million.
